Recently, North Wales Police have received an increase in reports of anti-social behaviour in, and around Cefn Mawr. Persistent ASB is having a detrimental effect on the community and it will not be tolerated. We are dealing with a number of youth related incidents and action is being taken against those identified as being involved. 

The MUGA on Plas Kynaston Lane

The Cefn Community Council have spent a considerable amount of money on re-surfacing the flooring of the MUGA. Unfortunately, before the works were even complete, NWP received reports of damage to the fencing, bottles being smashed and verbal abuse being given to passers-by. 

The work is now complete and the MUGA is open again for use. This is a fantastic facility to have in the community and we ask for users to look after it. The facility is also covered by CCTV which is being monitored.
