North Wales Police will be holding a KNIFE AMNESTY WEEK 

During this week you can safely dispose of offensive weapons in a amnesty bin at DEESIDE STATION, CONNAH'S QUAY.

It is now an offense to possess in private including your home, items such as flick knives, knuckledusters and telescopic truncheons.

There will also be changes to the process of buying knives online with enhanced age verification checks at point of sale and collection and delivery.

Please dispose of such items safely to reduce the risk of them being used as weapons.

Help to prevent knife crime by reporting any concerns, including about how they are sold to the Police or anonymously to CrimeStoppers.
