Flintshire North Review

Good Morning Flintshire North 🌨️

Strap in, it's a bumper weekend review! Rota 1 are with you today and NPT, Since Friday afternoon we've received 103 calls for service. 20 of which were P0 🚨 (Attended on lights & sirens)

🏡 7 x Domestic Incidents
🚑 7 x Concern for Safety Incidents
✖️ 8 x Anti Social Behaviour Incidents.

🚔 10 Arrests since Friday afternoon, two still in custody. We've had some driving offences, a couple in for wanted markers from other forces and 3 assaults, one being on emergency workers (police)

🚓 53 incidents have come over to our system for a write up, with 21 recorded as crimes (so far) No hate related incidents and no burglaries!

🚄 We are again receiving reports of concerning behaviour at Shotton Train Station of an evening, incidents that happen on the platform etc are directed to British Transport Police so we're going to link in with them and ensure we have patrols in the area.

🧐 Looking over the weekend, there does not seem to be any incidents likely to cause a community impact! So the information sharing today relates to all those incidents on our system Not recorded as crimes, what are they?

🚑 Concerns are not recorded as crimes, they come over to our system so that we can write referrals to other services.
✖️ ASB is not reported as a crime, unless any offences have been identified when reported.
🚔 Overnight Arrests - This is an incident normally created by officers, sometimes we need an incident to book in found property or to save body worn video too.
👮🏿‍♀️ Stop Searches - These come over to our system so we can attach the forms and save the body worn video, a separate incident is created for any offences from the stop search.
🚶🏻‍♀️ Missing Persons - These come over for a write up and referrals.
🏡 Safeguarding incidents - MARAC meetings, or child safety meetings, incidents are created to record our actions.
📰 POP Plans and Operations - Incidents get created for POP's and Operations again just to keep records and make everything accessible.

Sometimes, the crime recording teams just haven't got to them yet, so they'll be "crimed" once reviewed.

I used Acronyms there - Legend at the bottom :)

🐶 Today it's the handsome Otto who was out and about in Flintshire South, he helped locate a male who had been assaulted and needed help 💙

I have been a busy bee 🐝  and cleared a lot of my investigations, so I'll be out and about all day today causing a nuisance to criminals and my own supervisors. Have a wonderful day & Stay Safe - 3604.

*MARAC - Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (Meetings with lots of services to offer support to those most at risk, Mainly domestic violence)
* POP - Problem Orientated Policing, this is a procedure/plan we use for demands.
