Good Morning Flintshire North
It's your 24 hour review, 47 calls for service in the last 24h - 4 of which were P0 (Attended on Lights & Sirens)🚨 🏡 4 x Domestic Crime Incidents
👮🏼♀️ 4 arrests in the last 24h - Five people currently enjoying a continental in Llay. That math doesn't work out does it? 2 of the persons in custody are from yesterday, the burglars caught in the act mentioned in the update. They're on remand to go straight to court 🤞 The four arrests were - 1 x Burglary other than a dwelling, 1 x Assault (DV Related), 1 x Fraud by false representation and 1 x Drunk and Disorderly.
🚔 35 incidents came over to our system for a write up and 8 have been recorded as crimes (So far)
🚋 I've reviewed the burglary other than a dwelling, because we have unfortunately seen a massive rise in these, mainly in the Greenfield area, then we had the one in Connah's Quay yesterday - however this one relates to railway property. So no cause for concern.
🏡 Yesterday officers dealt with what we would deem a "High Risk Domestic". The indicators were subtle so it wasn't initially obvious how dangerous the victims situation was and with a language barrier it was hard to communicate. That's why we utilise the DASH questions to help us identify risks and put things in place for safeguarding.
🤝🏻 We don't do it on our own - we rely on the council and other charities. Until the suspect was arrested and housing arranged for the victim, they stayed with us.
📱 If you, or someone you know is in a dangerous living situation - it can seem hopeless. We are here to help as are a number of other charities; https://www.dasunorthwales.co.uk/
🐶 Today it's PD Lex who put his nose to good use the other night, locating two males who had broken into a construction site in Crewe - Hiding in a skip 😆 #TheNoseKnows #JawsOfJustice 💙 💻 I've got some paperwork on the agenda this morning, and ensuring I'm up to date as I'm away next week on training! Have a Wonderful Day - Stay Safe - 3604 | ||||
