I hope you all had an enjoyable weekend. It’s going to be another hot one today, so please take care in the heat.

Over the weekend, we received 187 calls. As a result, seven people have been arrested for offences including assault, possession of an offensive weapon, theft, and breach of court orders.

As previously mentioned, #OpBastion is in full swing. Another prolific shoplifter has been arrested and charged, more information on that will follow soon.

One male, recently released from prison, was also arrested over the weekend after breaching his Community Behaviour Order.

Our team has been fully briefed this morning and are now out on patrol across the patch, working hard to keep our communities safe.

Pleasing to see on social media that the £3,000 raised to support the headstone restorations in Connah’s Quay has now been used. We hope this brings some comfort to the families affected.

An individual remains on bail as we continue our ongoing investigation , updates will be provided when we are able.
